Unwind Your Mind is a mental health initiative coordinated by the Health & Wellness Team in partnership with U of A libraries and other U of A student services. 

This April 7-18, the Health and Wellness team will bring healthy snacks, free fitness classes, mental health resource stations and wisdom corners to libraries. Participate in Unwind Your Mind - de-stress while you study.

Healthy Snack Handouts 

Looking for a healthy snack to keep you going? We’ll be bringing you apples, oranges and granola bars every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during Unwind Your Mind. 

Fitness Classes 

Tired? Bored? Antsy? Take a break from studying and join Recreation Services for a quick and free yoga or Pilates class. Classes are held in Cameron Library. 

Wisdom Corners 

Need help preparing for an exam? Visit a wisdom corner to meet a variety of student services who can provide you with tips and resources for a successful exam season.  

Mental Health Resource Stations 

Stop by these stations to pick up helpful mental health resources, ear plugs and hand sanitizers.
