Unwind Your Mind is a mental health initiative coordinated by the Health & Wellness Team in partnership with UofA libraries and other UofA student services.
This December 2nd – 13th, the Health and Wellness team is getting ready to bring you healthy snack giveaway, free fitness classes, mental health resource stations and wisdom corners. Visit the libraries to participate in Unwind Your Mind and get ready for exams.
Healthy Snack Handouts
Looking for a healthy snack to keep you going while studying? We’ll be bringing you apples, oranges and granola bars every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during Unwind Your Mind.
Tired? Bored? Antsy? Take a break from studying and join Recreation Services’ for a quick and free yoga, meditation, or Pilates class.
Need help preparing for an exam? Visit the wisdom corners during Unwind Your Mind to meet a variety of student services who can provide you with tips and resources for a successful exam season.
Mental Health Resource Stations
Mental Health Resource Stations will be available in all libraries during Unwind Your Mind. Stop by these stations to pick up helpful resources, ear plugs, and hand sanitizers.
