Heroes for Health
What would you do with $5000 to make campus a healthier place?
Learn about making a meaningful difference in campus health by attending the Healthy Campus Symposium on Saturday, November 17th.
The Healthy Campus Symposium, an initiative of University Wellness Services, Health Promotion & Work Life Services, and Recreation Services, will showcase healthy campus project ideas from UofA students and staff who participated in the “Heroes for Health Challenge” earlier this semester. The projects focus on healthy eating, active living, and mental health.
The symposium is a unique networking event for our community to share ideas for a healthy campus. At the symposium, the two best ideas from the Heroes for Health Challenge will be awarded $5000 each for implementation on our campus.
The registration deadline is November 12th. Space is limited, so sign up quickly!
